 SA Joly is created in AUBERCHICOURT
(FRANCE – 59), by Mr. Arthur JOLY.
1978
- Manufacturing the first machine dedicated to offshore equipment.
1985
- The company develops and innovates by filing patents in more than 14 countries. These patents, coming from innovative work, allow cables to be protected during their transport.

1988
- The next generation, Nicolle and Philippe DEPREUX, take over the company, with two major changes :
- - The headquarters of the company moves to ANICHE (FRANCE – 59),
- - New satellite is installed and opens in GRON in 1990 (FRANCE – 89).
2000 à 2012
- The key words for this period are: Growth and Innovation.
2012
- Vincent DEPREUX takes the reins of SA Joly, and becomes CEO. He had been with the company since 1998 filling two main positions: Sales Director and Site Director in GRON.
- Sylvain DEPREUX, his associate, has held – since 2003 the position of Technical Director.
